Biddy has launched self-service project publishing, allowing authorized planroom teams to create and publish public bid projects without handing the record to Biddy for manual entry.
The workflow, introduced on October 6, 2025, gives architecture, engineering, and public-owner teams direct control from the first draft through publication.
Build the public bid before it goes live
A project remains in draft while the team adds its description, contracts, bid and prebid dates, documents, pricing, and delivery options. Publishing makes the project available through the firm's branded planroom and starts its configured project notifications.
Planroom-level billing and document-delivery defaults carry into new projects. Teams can also share a project with other authorized planrooms when multiple firms are involved.
Project control stays with the firm
Each planroom controls who can create and publish projects. Biddy keeps the resulting documents, planholders, activity, and communication history together after the project goes live.
Teams that begin with a legal notice can use BiddyAI™ to prepare the first project draft before completing their review.
