Biddy has launched BiddyAI™ project setup, a new workflow that reads a Notice to Bidders PDF and prepares an editable public bid project draft.
Introduced on May 14, 2025, BiddyAI™ moves information already contained in the legal notice into the project form, reducing repetitive setup while keeping a person in control of every field.
From Notice to Bidders PDF to project draft
BiddyAI™ can prepare the project name, location, county, project code, description, contracts, budgets, bid dates, and prebid dates. The project team reviews the extracted information against the source document and corrects anything ambiguous.
The result is still a draft. BiddyAI™ does not publish the project, distribute documents, or notify bidders on its own.
Human review remains required
Bid and prebid dates deserve particular attention because an incorrect date can affect every bidder. The team confirms the information, uploads the complete bid set, and publishes only when the project record is ready.
Biddy strengthened the workflow in April 2026 with additional error handling, retry behavior, and form validation. The feature now works alongside self-service project publishing.
