Biddy has added project audit trails, giving public bid administrators a chronological record of changes to project details, contracts, and bid-document files.
The audit trail launched on October 10, 2025. Each entry records the action, timestamp, user, and changed fields, creating one history across the records that define a public bid.
See when bid dates and documents changed
Public projects change while they are prepared and advertised. Contract dates move, project details are corrected, and files are added or replaced. The audit view makes those changes visible without reconstructing the sequence from email or comparing separate copies.
The history covers created, updated, and removed information across the project and its associated records.
A clearer record before the next addendum
When a project team needs to confirm when a date changed or which file was replaced, the answer is already attached to the project. That context helps the team prepare the next addendum or project communication from a known record.
The audit trail also supports Biddy's self-service project publishing workflow, where authorized teams manage their own projects directly.
