CPL has launched a dedicated infrastructure planroom on Biddy, giving contractors one branded destination for the firm's municipal water, transportation, paving, and recreation bids.
The planroom opened on February 2, 2026. CPL published its first four infrastructure projects on March 18 and reached eleven published projects within five months.
Eleven municipal infrastructure projects
The first release included the Town of Pembroke Water District No. 5 and three Niagara Falls Water Board contracts covering a 20-inch water main, the Beech Avenue booster station, and the Beech Avenue water storage tank.
Projects for Livingston County, Pomfret, Olean, Corning, and Pembroke followed, expanding the planroom into bridge replacement, paving, recreation facilities, and additional water-system work across western New York.
One infrastructure planroom for contractors
Contractors register against each project when they obtain the bid documents. That registration builds the planholder list and connects the contractor to project updates and addenda.
The infrastructure planroom extends the branded planroom structure CPL began building across its offices in 2022. Read how architecture and engineering firms organized their planrooms on Biddy.
