Biddy expands architecture and engineering planrooms

Company

Biddy expanded its network of branded architecture and engineering planrooms throughout 2022, adding firms across New York and the broader public works market.

New planrooms included Tetra Tech Architects & Engineers, CSArch, Mosaic Associates, BCA Architects & Engineers, LAN Associates, Rhinebeck Architecture, Keystone Associates Architects, D&B Engineers and Architects, Memasi Architects, and Michael Shilale Architects.

CPL and H2M organize planrooms by office

Multi-office firms also used Biddy to organize public bids around their operating structure. CPL added nineteen office planrooms between September 20 and September 27, 2022. H2M added seven office planrooms between October and December.

Additional firms joined later in the year, including Butler Rowland Mays Architects, Barton & Loguidice, KG+D Architects, Mark Design Studios, KSQ Design, Jacobs Engineering, and ADG Architecture & Design Group.

Branded public bidding for each firm

Each firm received its own planroom address, project catalog, planholder records, document distribution, and communication history. Offices could manage their own projects while the firm kept one consistent bidding process.

CPL later extended that structure with a dedicated infrastructure planroom for municipal water, bridge, paving, and recreation bids.
