Elite Construction and Schoolhouse Construction Services are expanding dedicated Biddy planrooms for public-school construction work across New York.
Since publishing their first projects in 2025, the two construction managers have posted 41 project records covering classrooms, roofs, HVAC systems, athletic facilities, building additions, and other capital improvements.
Elite Construction publishes 24 projects
Elite Construction published its first Biddy project on August 14, 2025, for gymnasium replacements at two Syosset Central School District middle schools.
By June 8, 2026, its planroom had reached 24 published projects for Syosset, Baldwin, Westbury, and the Lakeview Public Library District. The work includes additions, kitchens, laboratories, fields, roofs, windows, masonry, electrical systems, and locker rooms.
Schoolhouse reaches 17 public bid projects
Schoolhouse Construction Services published its first two projects on April 22, 2025, for Monticello Central School District's field house and Cooke School classroom renovations.
Its planroom reached 17 published projects by April 30, 2026, with work for school districts and public facilities across Monticello, Duanesburg, AuSable Valley, Granville, North Colonie, Albany, and other New York communities.
Dedicated planrooms keep every bidder on the record
Each construction manager's planroom gives contractors one place to find the project, obtain its bid documents, and register against the contracts they intend to bid.
Those registrations build the planholder list automatically and keep each bidder connected to later project communications and addenda.
