Biddy has added automatic addendum notifications, allowing project teams to distribute revised bid documents to registered planholders from the project record.
The capability launched on February 24, 2023. It replaces hand-built recipient lists with a list generated by the contractors and suppliers who registered for the project.
Send every addendum from the planholder list
When the bid set changes, the project team can attach the addendum and notify the registered planholders together. Each recipient remains connected to the project rather than living in a separate spreadsheet or email group.

Keep bidders connected to the current documents
Addenda can change scope, specifications, drawings, and bid dates. Automatic distribution gives the project team one repeatable process for sending those changes to the contractors already working from the bid set.
